Peter Damesimo, Vice President & COO, has been a part of the c3controls team for more than twenty years. Pete began his career as an engineering Co-op, and took on the role of design engineer following his 2005 graduation from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has since had the opportunity to grow with the company, taking on roles in Business Development, Manager of Engineering and Quality, Director of Research & Development and Product Marketing, and Director of Manufacturing Operations, prior to his current role. During his time at c3controls, Pete earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of Business.

Pete’s homegrown experience, longevity, and dedication to the company have allowed him to develop an intimate and deep knowledge of the c3 product, processes, and core values, and to use that knowledge to identify areas of operational excellence and future growth. His current responsibilities include leading all of the manufacturing operations, ensuring the delivery of c3's promise, and focusing on dramatic process and product improvements.

Pete resides in Beaver, PA with his wife and four childern. In his spare time, he is an avid runner. He also enjoys skiing, traveling, and playing video games.
